RIDE THE RAW REVOLUTION

Raw food diets are becoming all the rage Stateside, with many celebrities ‘going raw’ and specialist cafes, and events which are dedicated to raw food are now commonplace in health conscious California.
Now two dynamic Pioneers have launched an integrated raw food programme in the UK, set to revolutionise the so-called “slimming” industry.

Mini Size Me, is a unique 40 day programme that combines the health benefits of a mainly raw plant food diet, the mental transformation of Kundalini Yoga practice, and the application of NLP techniques. Used together these elements of the programme tackle the health issues that arise due to our over-stimulated, stressful lifestyles.
Mini size Me offers a way out of the main factors that limit human potential and full vitality today, - namely obesity, stress, depression and M.E.- all on the rapid rise in modern society.

The programme has been developed by, Siri Datta, an experienced teacher of Kundalini Yoga, and Duncan Campbell, raw chef extraordinaire, who have combined their talents and enthusiasm to write a book, Mini Size Me which supports the programme, and includes recipes, techniques and explains the science into the how the 40 day process works on the chakras, or energy centres, within the body.

On-going support is offered throughout the programme by Datta and Campbell who walk and coach people through their journey, with either daily one-to-one attention, when needed, or through emails and weekly element energy alerts. These are the 8 day check in ‘s with the information on how the element coming up could play out in people’s lives. The element of Earth for example, often brings up issues within the Body and security and financial Issues

Also a key support tool for the programme, is the Mini Size Me website, (currently under development) which will provide a sanctuary and community for all past and present ‘Mini Size ers’ to share tips and recipes, via the forum as well as to support each other as they go through the detoxing process and psychological changes the programme can bring about.

Datta and Campbell have enlisted the help of a team of mentors, who are veterans of the programme, to assist them in offering guidance for all the scenarios and symptoms encountered on the programme over the 40 days period.

Using seven of the nine personality types derived from a well-known physiological study of human behaviour, called The Enneagram. The Mini Size team have used these as a framework to design the yoga and meditation part of the programme in order to harmonise, balance, and amplify the talents within the 7 personality types, and the give people the tools and techniques to transcend their limitations.

Raw Food
Key principles of raw food are to alkalise the body, to rid the body of excess acid, to prolong longevity, to reverse the ageing process, to unclog the mind, to re-generate your organs, to re-gain our youthful energy and outlook on life = To be Free, to claim back your energy from a culture that deadens your sensory system.

Neuron- Linguistic Programming (NLP) is union of three key components:

NLP is radical application for the mind, a mental work out if you like. You re-programme your mind to ask provoking and probing questions when you move into negativity instead of just becoming negative. It’s a mental leverage out of the intense grip that the negative mind can hold us in. We go to the gym to train our bodies; we apply NLP to train our minds = To master the mind and choose your state of behaviour, to master focus and certainty.

Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga is the most potent practise of yoga that strengthens the glands and nervous system, the two systems that we rely on in the fast pace western world. This practise aligns you with your destiny and gives you the tools and the focus to live it out = To be strong, courageous, centred and absolutely aware.


About the FOUNDERS OF THE PROGRAMME/ Authors

Siri Datta is a dynamic and passionate Kundalini Yoga teacher and Instructor with SKY UK (School of Kundalini Yoga). She holds retreats and workshops worldwide, and is one of the most inspirational teachers within her field. She radiates life force and is also a raw food Pioneer. Her favourite past time is dancing and dressing up!

Duncan Campbell is a master raw chef of unique talent, with a depth of understanding for taste, texture and colour. He has been predominantly raw for 5 years. His career as a raw chef began in the Sivananda Ashram, in California, thrown in at the deep end and required to cook for 60 people with no previous experience- he thrived. Duncan runs Raw Food tasters, workshops and retreats. Together they run the Intro to Mini Size Me, a week’s retreat designed to get people into the flow of the 40-days with their expert help and guidance. He is also in the stages of creating a Raw unCook Book for Kids.
