Circle of Sound
Circle of Sound originated on Vashon Island, outside of Seattle, Washington, USA. The intention of Circle of Sound is to create a sacred, sonic vibrational medicine with its focus on all within and on the Planet. Originally this sound was created by 7 Crystal Singing Bowls which are attuned to the 7 major chakra’s of the Human Energy system. But as the word spread, so did the sound. We discovered that by playing alongside Didgeridoo’s, a much richer and expanded experience was possible. So as we play not only do we send out a sound wave of harmonious medicine for all life forms, but a deep and powerful healing re-alignment for all who play and all who listen…
When a Circle of Sound is formed in a circle, and the instruments are played toward the centre, a sound wave is generated composing a "full spectrum" of frequencies. This is created due to the harmonics produced when the crystal bowls and didgeridoos and other instruments playing together. This "full spectrum" of frequencies is the basis of the balancing potential of the Circle of Sound. The structural circle formed by the instruments and players provides the container from which the sound is generated. Those people who enter the circle with a particular intention, prayer, focus or dream are in a balanced environment conducive to the realization/manifestation of their request. Those areas and/or sacred sites enclosed by the circle are offered this "full spectrum" of frequencies in order to be balanced, healed, activated, and appeased as needed. The group intention of the Circle of Sound will always be Peace on Earth, Goodwill for all. The power of the sound of the crystal bowls has always been very obvious for all who have experienced it. In August of 2002 the bowls were joined in circle by didgeridoos. It is said that the didgeridoos bring the sound of Earthly Mother, while the crystal bowls bring the sound of Heavenly Father. Together they create a combination that is truly magical.
Circles of Sound are now established in France, Russia, Mexico, Argentina, Peru, England, Spain, Denmark and several places in the USA. All profits from sales of our products and all donations received go towards the purchase of more sets of crystal bowls and the promotion of the Global Harmonization Ceremonies.
Global Harmonization Ceremony
The Global Harmonization Ceremony is a gathering of people all over the world to unite in mind and sound in the name and intention of Harmony, Acceptance, Unity, Joy and Compassion among all beings on Mother Earth. Although it is sponsored, facilitated and promoted by Circle of Sound, a non-profit organization on Vashon Island, Washington, USA, it belongs to no-one, no group, and no country. It is non-religious, non-political, non-philosophy, non-belief. Except that we believe that we can change our consciousness with the powers of our thoughts, consciousness, and sacred sounds.
